My carry setup basically changes with the seasons. In the summer I go with something lighter and easier to conceal. In the fall I can start wearing jackets so I move to a larger setup. In the winter I have so many layers that concealment stops being a concern entirely and comfort takes over.

Switching up what you carry with the seasons just makes sense. Summer's heat means you'll probably want something smaller but those winter layers let you get away with a full-size. You've got to work with the clothes you actually wear, not some imaginary wardrobe.
