Hello from Vancouver-Clark County

Just realized I've been on this site for some time, but have never introduced myself. I'm an old, retired guy, buying no new bananas. I bought my first gun (Savage 24) growing up in Illinois. Moved to North Idaho, worked in the Sunshine Mine to get through college. I've hunted and fished mostly in Idaho, Oregon, Alaska and Washington. There are very few rivers in Washington and Oregon that I haven't drifted in my trusty 18' Lavro "Rancid Rose'.

Like most of you, I've bought and sold too many guns, reloaded for most (boy, it's too easy to cast a bucket load of wadcutters!). And I've got to stop buying just one more box of .22 LR because the price was right....

Can I assume that the “Vanc” is Vancouver? If so we’re close (both in distance and age !
