I purchased a new Thermal Monocular a month ago. It's a AGM Sidewinder TM35-384.
It takes video recording/ still pictures, plus sound. I got it for using around the house and it works really good. What I really like (besides it's great clarity) is it using 18650 rechargeable battery's - and I have lots of them!
