My thanksgiving dish this year

I'm making smoked turkey with roasted garlic butter for Thanksgiving this year, hopefully I won't mess up the timing this time. What's cooking at your place for thanksgiving?

There's just the two of us. The wife loves dark meat. I love all all meat. She hates leftover white turkey meat. The solution is a duck. Kind of pricy for a good duck.

We keep ducks for lucious eggs but they are definitely not meat ducks. We were gonna do the fire pit with the monster cast iron to 'swing the pot' but the drizzlin' $h1ts and mud ruined that tradition. Wat back in time before we built a home the fire pit was how we cooked everything. And still do, weather dependent though.

A duck on the propane stove inside will have to do. And it well do just fine.
