Hey All! Just another gun nut that likes to build my own shooters from left overs, shoot when I can afford it, hunt when I need to..
I'm outside the Moses Lake area and believe that we should keep trying to save/fix our beautiful State rather than run off to Idaho... Too much here worth saving!
I have a thing for single shot rifles, front- stuffers to bolt actions but enjoy all styles.
Look forward to good conversations and learning from fellow Washington Stater's!
 
In the 1970's, I moved from SoCal to the Tumwater area. At that time I was told that people from SoCal were most welcome because we saw how screwed up Cali was and were protective of our new home. Thirty years later, I'm working for US Fish and Wildlife and I accept a position in Wenatchee. Just in time to see things get run-down! Been here ~25 years and wouldn't go back or live anywhere else except maybe AK.
 
We used to go to the pot holes every year for the big holiday parties.
Stopped going when the ambulances out numbered the three wheelers.

We are leaving here as soon as the woman retires. Maybe the end of this year, or next, depending on how the state tries to rip off her retirement.
 
I remember when the sand dunes was a good time before the West side showed up and couldn't behave themselves and had to have the sheriff's department patrol it.. To many rules out there now.. No fun anymore..
