Drove down to the Yakama Rez yesterday. Rain (mist, sprinkle, and drizzle) most of the way but no snow on Blewett Pass. VERY light traffic!
Had lunch with our friend Travis and his son Junior (We've sorta adopted Junior for Christmas). Took them out for pizza. Wife drove and only got us lost 3 times (WITH GPS!). I drove 1/2 of the way back! Travis runs a Native Foods catering truck down there, part time. (HINT: Fantastic fry-bread and nDn Tacos). I took him down 2 quarts of blackberry jelly from our bushes so he's making Blackberry Fry Bread Sundaes!!!
He is tentatively coming up Tuesday to spend Christmas Eve with us and have a Sponge Bob Marathon (Yeeech!!).
